The Sur La Table Platinum Professional Muffin Pan, developed exclusively for Sur La Table in Pittsburgh, PA, by USA Pan, is a commercial-quality bakeware that meets the highest standards for performance and durability. The pan is made of thick aluminized steel, which offers superior heat transfer, corrosion and rust resistance, and excellent durability. The thickness of each pan is based on years of performance data, ensuring perfectly even heat distribution and a lifetime of use. To further enhance the pan's strength and resistance to warping, steel wire is added to the rims.

Manufactured with 65% recycled steel, the Platinum bakeware features a unique fluted design with corrugated construction, which maximizes strength and impact resistance, and resists warping and denting that can occur with use. The textured surface allows for airflow under the baking food, resulting in beautifully even overall results and easy release every time.

Additionally, the pan is coated with a nonstick silicone coating that is specifically formulated for baking and contains no PTFEs or PFOAs. This advanced coating ensures that no other surface releases food and cleans up more easily.

The Sur La Table Platinum Professional Muffin Pan measures 15.8" x 11.2" x 0.8" and has a cavity size of 2.75" x 1.38", with a capacity of 12 (3.8 oz.) muffins. This product is made in the USA and should be hand-washed with warm water and mild detergent using a sponge or nylon pad, then rinsed and patted dry thoroughly. Only silicone, nylon, or wooden tools should be used, and the pan should not be heated beyond 450°F. It is recommended to wash the pan before its first use.
