Before first use, it is recommended to remove all packaging materials and labels, wash in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Plastic, rubber, silicone, or wooden utensils are recommended, and it is advised to avoid using sharp objects or metal utensils that can scratch the non-stick surface. The bakeware should be cooled completely before hand-washing with a soft cloth or sponge and non-abrasive cleaners or liquid dish soap in warm water, then rinsed and dried with a soft towel. Soaking in water and dishwasher use are not recommended.

The Blue Granite Ceramic Surface on a 0.8mm baking pan provides long-lasting durability and scratch resistance, with a heat tolerance of up to 450°F and no peeling or blistering. The Ceramic Non-Stick Technology provides a greater baking experience and is very easy to clean, with the food sliding off easily with a simple wipe or soft scrub.

The exterior product dimensions are 15.5 x 10.5 x 1-inch, with interior dimensions of 15 x 10 x 0.75-inch. The bakeware is made from carbon steel, with no aluminum.
