CasaWare's ceramic non-stick coating is made without any "Forever Chemicals." The non-stick ceramic coating uses a silicate/glass base that is derived from quartz sand, a chemically inert and relatively hard mineral. Our ceramic coating is Lead Free, PTFE Free, PFOS Free, Cadmium Free, and PFAS free.

Our cutlery features the patented Groovetech natural non-stick Japanese stainless steel full-tang forged construction knives. Ceramic Non-Stick Technology CasaWare's Ceramic Non-Stick Technology provides a Greater Baking Experience. Our pans feature nonstick ceramic coatings that make them durable and easy to clean. The pans are heat tolerant up to 450°F and won't peel or blister at high temperatures. Made from carbon steel, the pans are also aluminum-free. The food slides off easily, and the pans are very easy to clean by simply wiping or gently scrubbing.

Use and Care Before first use, remove all packaging materials and labels, and wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Use plastic, rubber, silicone, or wooden utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick surface. Always remove food from the pan before slicing or cutting. Cool completely before washing. Hand wash only with a soft cloth or sponge and non-abrasive cleaners or liquid dish soap in warm water. Rinse and dry with a soft towel. Do not soak in water or put in the dishwasher.
