Fat Daddio's ProSeries Bread Pans are designed to bake evenly compared to traditional bakeware, resulting in the best possible rise and golden brown crust. It is the ideal surface for a perfectly-baked loaf whether your baking quick bread or a traditional bread loaf. Seamless and straight-sided, with a rolled rim for easy-handling, these pans are safe for citrus-based foods and built to last through daily use in both the home kitchen and commercial establishments. Hand wash is recommended.

Anodizing is not a chemical coating but rather an environmentally-safe process that contains no chemical additives, dyes, PFAS, CFC's, PTFE's or PFOA's. This is the reason Fat Daddio's Bakeware will never chip, flake, peel, pit or rust. Unlike conventional aluminum or steel bakeware which may react poorly with acidic foods, the non-reactive surface of Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Bakeware makes it compatible with a wide-variety of recipes including those with citrus or tomato-based ingredients.

Designed for creating the perfectly-baked loaf whether you are baking quick bread, traditional bread loaf or meatloaf, these pans fit 3, 6 & 8-quart pressure cookers and 3.4, 4, 5.3 & 10-quart air fryers, with each measuring 5.5" x 3.4" x 2.25" (14 x 8.6 x 5.7 cm), overall 6" x 3.8" x 2.25" (15.2 x 9.7 x 5.7 cm) and holding a capacity of 2.83 cups (670 ml).

The 18-Gauge Anodized Aluminum construction provides easy release and clean up, while also being safe for citrus-based foods unlike traditional bakeware. It will never rust, peel or flake, and contains no extra metals, chemical additives, dyes, PFAS, CFC's, PTFE's or PFOA's. Hand wash is recommended. These pans heat and cool quicker, preventing over-baking and dry cakes, while heating evenly with no hot spots. Temperature-rated up to 550° F (285° C), they are pressure cooker, air fryer and freezer safe.
