The Eurita clay roasters are made from all-natural clay material, free from any lead, cadmium, or fillers, with their safety having been tested and certified in Europe and the USA.
Before use, the unglazed lid is soaked, allowing for the creation of a blanket of steam during the cooking process as the water evaporates. The lid is designed to allow some steam to escape, ensuring it is not tightly fitted.
The bottom section of the roaster is glazed with a glass frit lining, making it easy to clean. These roasters are safe for use in both the microwave and oven, with a maximum temperature of 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Versatile in their use, these clay roasters can be utilized to prepare a wide variety of foods, including breads, loaves, and small dishes of chicken, pork, or any desired dish.
Customers have a choice of seven different models to select from. The recommended care for these roasters is hand washing.
