Nordic Ware Braided Loaf Pan

Crafted from heavy cast aluminum, this pan ensures uniform baking and browning, enhancing the unique design while being oven safe up to 400 degrees. The PFOA-free premium non-stick surface, the best in the bakeware industry, makes release and clean-up a breeze. Mixes and recipes may vary, but it is recommended to fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.

Before initial use and after subsequent uses, the pan should be hand washed with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. Prior to each use, the pan should be brushed with butter or shortening and dusted with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used, but regular cooking spray should be avoided. Metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners should not be used on the non-stick surfaces.
